Coming of Age Day!!

I attended a ceremony celebrate Coming of Age Day. It was held in my local at January 10th. I woke up at 4:30 a.m. and went to beauty salon. I was set hair, made up and done dressing. I was tense because I have not met my local friends for a long time. Then I went to my local gymnasium with my friend. There were many my local friends. After the ceremony finished, I took many pictures with my friends. At 19:00 we started alumni association at hotel. I had very very very good time with my local friends. There were many people who I had not met for a long time so I was happy when I talked with them!! Everyone did not change!! They are good friends for me. Then we went out hotel and went to downtown to hold post-party party. In there we did karaoke and everyone warm up!! We finished karaoke at 4:00 a.m. and went home. I was very sleepy but I was very happy because I could meet with my local friends and share good time. I want to meet them again and talk more!! I will never forget today!!

Souvenirs!!

My older sister traveled to Hiroshima prefecture for three days with her coworkers. She visited many famous places in there and had good days. When she went home, she gave me some souvenirs. I was happy and thought she is gentle!! Because we quarreled before she traveled. Moreover, she bought me congratulatory present because I became twenty years old. I was very glad!! And I will treasure these presents!!

I read “CORDUROY’S Hike” today.
There were two main characters.
First was Lisa. She was corduroy’s owner.
Second was Corduroy. He was a doll of bear.
Lisa checked her backpack because she went hike from now and said that you must stay in home, Corduroy. But he got into Lisa’s backpack secretly. When Lisa got on a bus and opened her backpack, there was Corduroy!! She was surprised. She hiked remain corduroy was in her backpack. But when she was hiking, he fell down from backpack. He rolled over and over. Corduroy thought Lisa will back to pick him up. But she did not back. Then two hikers came and they set him on a branch. Next, a Cub Scout troop came. As they found him, they tossed him again and again. Finally he landed a trail. Corduroy tried to stand up but he fell into the stream. He was flushed. On the other hand, Lisa was sad because she could not find her bear!! She got on the bus unwillingly. But her friend Susan gave her a doll of bear. It was Corduroy!! She was very happy!!

I read "Beef Stew" this time.
This book was short story but this was interesting!! Please read this book one time.
When Nicky got up, his mother cooked Beef Stew. It was very good smell. His mother made many stew so she suggested to him ask Nicky’s friends for supper. Nicky invited some friends but they refused because of their own reason. So he was very disappointed. On his way to home, a postman gave him a card. When he read it, he was happy and ran hastily to the station. There was his grandmother. They went home together and Nicky invited his grandmother to dinner!!

Book Review**

I read “The Quest”!!
There were five main people in this story.
First is Whilma. She was writing about a quest and made a story of a quest. She entered a story she made by chance and fought with bad man!!
Second is Biff. She is a friend of Whilma. She was writing about a quest, too. But she could not understand meaning of quest and did not think of quest story.
Third is the evil Grimlock. He was a man entered a story Whilma made. He stole a bell which was important in Whilma’s story and he tried to kill her!!
Forth is Unicorn. He helped Whilma and gave her his ring which can grant her wish.
Fifth is the gnome. Whilma helped him and then he started to explore with Whilma.

One day Whilma and Biff were writing about a quest and made a story of it. But Biff could noy understand the meaning g quest so Whilma talked her story of it to Biff.
Long time ago, there was a beautiful land. It was called Ulm. There were many animals, flowers and forests. Everyone was happy in there. In deep underground of a big cave, there was a crystal bell. The bell lighted all things brightly. But one day an evil man named Grimlock came and stole the bell. He carried it to his castle so the land of Ulm became dark and grey.
Whilma finished writing until this and started writing but then the magic key began to glow and the magic took her to the land of Ulm. There was Grimlock behind a tree and he masqueraded as a woman and taught Whilma to the way. When Whilma walked, she fall a swamp. She could not get out of it. Then a unicorn came and saved her!! When she got out of it, Grimlock fired an arrow at her but she ran away with unicorn. They managed to run away from Grimlock and then unicorn gave her a ring which can grant her wish and he left. When Whilma walked again, she found a man who was bind to a tree and named Gnome. She helped him. As soon as she helped him, a dragon came and tried to eat them!! But they knew that dragon hate lemon so they threw it and dragon ran away!! Next basilisk came but they killed it together. Gnome knew where Grimlock’s castle and the place of crystal bell. So they went to the castle and finally found the bell. When they found it, Grimlock found them and shut them. They were at a loss but Whilma thought it was time she made her wish. Whilma’s wish started to work. The bell began to ring suddenly. Grimlock was surprised and could not stand the sound of the bell. So he asked them to stop ringing!! Instead of his request, he returned the crystal bell to land of Ulm!! When they took it to Ulm, beauty came back to the land!!

I read “The Outing” today.
A bus came and children got in the bus. They were going to the zoo in that day. In the bus children shouted so Mrs. May noticed them!! The bus stopped on the way. Children got off the bus and rest. Whilf approached waterside and kicked a stone. Then the stone and his shoe come off!! He could not got his shoe so Mrs. May scolded him. When they got to the zoo, it began to rain. It did not stop so they went to the museum. Children were interested in the dinosaurs. Biff had her camera so she took a photo of the dinosaur. Then they went to a room and watched some dinosaur’s picture and went to shop. Nadim bought a model to make. Children got in the bus again and went back to their home. Nadim, Whilf, Bill and Chip went to Nadim’s house and made the model he bought. Then the magic key began to glow. So they went to a magic adventure of the dinosaur!!
Please read this book one time!!

Essay 2-03b: Language Learning Stories

English is important for us to communicate with foreigner and to get a job in the future. I think English will need for me from now on because there are many opportunities to talk with foreigner so I will continue study English. I will write more detail now. I major in English at university now, so I am learning English almost everyday. I have been learning English since I was an elementary school student. When I was an elementary school student, I learned alphabet, easy words, English songs and so on. Then I learned more, when I was a junior and high school student. At university, I am learning writing, speaking, listening and reading now. Then I study about many things which are related to English except regular English classes.

I have started to learn English, when I was forth grade of elementary school. I went to the YMCA and GEOS. Teachers taught us easy words, English songs and conversation by using easy textbooks, playing games and singing songs. It was very fun for me to learn English with them. And I studied a little difficult grammar at GEOS, too.

When I entered junior high school, in earnest I studied grammar, conversation, words, listening and idioms by using textbook and American songs. Then ALT class started. We communicated with ALT’s teacher in this class, so I could speak English. I practiced how to pronounce, too.

When I was a high school student, I studied English very hard. I studied with many difficult textbooks. There were many difficult words and idioms that I could not understand or memorize, but I wrote them again and again. I memorized words, idioms and grammar by writing many times. High school English was more difficult than I have expected. I took English class three or four times a day, when I was third grade, so I cold study many English words, idioms and grammar. I studied English certificate examination, too. I asked ALT teacher to teach me about interviews during lunch time.

As I was a first grade at university, I studied writing, speaking, grammar, listening and reading by using both computers and textbooks. These learning ways were differ from before when I was a high school student. I learned German, too. I took German class because I thought German was easy to study. In German class, teacher taught us how to pronounce and then we read sentences and did dictation.

Now I am study writing, reading, speaking and listening. These classes are more difficult then a fist grade. In reading class, we use English newspapers and then we study how to read headlines. It is new because I have not read English newspapers until now and I was not interested in it!! In writing class, we use computers and write essays and book reviews. I can type English sentences faster than before. In speaking class, we do presentations, interviews and dictations.

Except these regular classes, I am studying TOEIC, English certificate examination and English sightseeing examination by myself. When there are many words or idioms that I can not understand, I examine with my dictionary then and write until I can memorize. Then when I watch DVDs and movies, I watch them with captions. I think watching DVDs and movies with captions is a good way to study English expressions.

I will continue study English from now on. Because there are many opportunities to communicate with foreigner. I also want to get a job related to English, for example, in the hotel or travel industry. So I need English. But after I graduate from university, I won’t take classes. However I will study English by reading English newspapers, watching DVDs and internet and I will find English conversation school and go there!!

In these ways, I had studied English or will continue study it. In the past, I studied from basic words, grammar and conversation to difficult English. Now I am learning specialty English. Then I think I want to study English conversation in the future!!

Book Review**

I read “Stories of Dragons” this time.
There were four stories in this book and I will introduce them from now.
~chapter 1~
Chapter 1 was written about dragons.
Long time ago, dragons were scared by people because they expired flame and their flame could kill people. Dragons lived in caves, under the sea and sky. They guarded their treasures in cave, scared sailors and expired lightning from their nose!! Most people did not approach dragons but knights had to approach them because knights had to kill dragons!!
~chapter 2~
There was a woodcutter named Stan. He lived with his wife but they did not have their children. One day a wizard came to Stan and said to him that Stan was a good man so wizard would grant Stan’s wish. So Stan wished that he wants their children. Wizard gave him one hundred children but Stan did not have enough money to feed their children. Stan talked about it to his friend and friend said to Stan that if Stan could find dragon’s cave, Stan might find treasure!! Then he found dragon and asked the dragon to measure their strength. Then Stan smashed a stone with his hand so the dragon thought Stan was strong man. In fact, his stone was a lump of old cheese!! The dragon took Stan to his mother and the dragon and his mother decided that they kill Stan but Stan heard this plan so he put a big tree on the bed instead of Stan. In the middle of the night the dragon came and hit Stan with a big club. Stan hid and saw. When Stan appeared next Monday, they were scared because Stan was alive!! So they gave Stan many treasures and left. Stan got enough gold to buy foods!!
~Chapter 3~
Tom went fishing and caught a bad worm. He hid the worm in a well but the worm crawled and became big!! The worn was hungry so he chased cows and villagers. Tom felt terrible because it was all his faults. So he went to woman to ask for help and she said that Tom could ask a dragon to help. Tom went to meet the dragon and asked him for help. The dragon went to see the worm and was about to eat it but the worm escaped for dear life!! The bad worm never appeared.
~Chapter 4~
Victor made barrels. One day he went outside to find good trees. When he was finding, he fell into a cave. There were two dragons there but they did not eat Victor and hole up. Victor could not slip out of the cave so he had to wait until dragons wake up. During their sleeping, he lost weight. Spring came and dragons woke up. They took him to his village. When they arrived, these dragons tried to eat people so Victor invited them to dinner. They ate much so they decided they would not ear people!! Victor saved villagers.

Shopping!!

I went shopping with my mother and grandmother. My grandmother wanted to buy warm clothes. So we went to Clair and youme town. First my grandmother bought her clothes she wanted and went to youme town next. She bought jacket there. I bought nothing that day but yesterday I went shopping with my mother and older sister because Clair is holding sale!! I bought clothes and skirt. There were many things I wanted but I had no money so I gave up them. I want to go shopping soon when I am given my salary!!

Presentation!!

I had a speaking class this week Monday. We did presentation in that class so I prepared for our presentation beforehand. Our group members are Shiori, Sayaka, Kyoko and me. We surveyed 100 students about KGU student’s manners. It was hard for me to survey 25 students!! Then we prepared and practiced. When I announced my part, I did not remember what I said but I managed to do presentation because my group members were beside me!! I could eye contact and do not read a little than before. After we finished doing presentation, our teacher asked us about contents of our survey. I was in trouble because I could not answer but my group members answered. I thanked them!! Then teacher praised our presentation. I thought may be this time presentation was best for me but there were a few points which I have to improve when I do presentation and I appreciate I could do presentation with Sayaka, Kyoko and Shiori!!

I read “Jojo Makes the TEAM” too.
One day little girl Jojo was teased by some big boys in a park so she kicked a ball aimed at them and then the ball hit them. Jojo was surprised at her great kick. Then she started to play foot ball and played it all the time. One day a foot ball tournament was held and Jojo was chosen team B. So she wanted to practice with boys but they did not join her because she was a girl. But her teacher asked every boy student to play foot ball with Jojo. Then boys and Jojo started to practice foot ball together!! Finally Jojo entered the foot ball tournament and all her friends were there to support her!!

I read “Camping Adventure” this time.
Wilma, Wilf and their parents went camping and went to farm. They pitched their new tent there. Wilma liked the place!! And Mr. Jones who was a farmer showed them many cows. He milked these cows. Mother wanted some milk so they went to farmhouse and she met Mrs. Jones who was expecting a baby. They went back to their tent and ate dinner. When they went to bed, there was a storm and wind blew their tent down so they sheltered from farmhouse. And then Mr. Jones said to them that their baby is coming. He had to go to hospital but a big tree prevented them from going to hospital. The big tree fell down because of storm!! Then Mr. Jones called the hospital and later helicopter came. Doctors ran to farmhouse but Mrs. Jones already had their baby!! The baby was a boy and sweet!!

Recently I am very busy especially this week. Because there are many things I have to do. I have to prepare for speaking class’ presentation, reading class’ subject, write report, blog, do book review, study for listening test and so on.
Moreover I have part-time job so I have no time to rest or play. I want to study to get some qualifications but I can not afford to study them. But today I thought there are many people who are busy than me, think same things and have many things they have to do. They managed to accomplish their subject and so on. So I decided that I will imitate them, make plans for things I have to do and do not make excuses. I will be given many subjects from now on but I think I will accomplish them probably!!

I major in English at university now so I am learning English almost everyday. I have been learning English since I was an elementary school student. I have started to learning English, when I was a forth grade of elementary school. I went to YMCA and GEOS to learn. Teachers taught us to easy words, English songs and conversation by using easy textbooks, playing games and singing songs. It was very fun for me to learn English with playing. Then I learned a little difficult grammar at GEOS, too. When I entered junior high school, I learned grammar, conversation, words, listening and idioms by using textbooks and American songs in earnest. And then ALT class started. We communicated with ALT teacher in this class so I could speak English. I practiced how to pronounce, too.

When I was a high school student, I studied English very hard. I learned with many difficult textbooks. There were many difficult words and idioms so I could not understand and memorize them but I wrote them again and again. I memorized words, idioms and grammar by writing many times. When entered high school, English was more difficult than I have expected. I took English class three or four times a day, when I was a third grade so I could know many English words, idioms and grammar. I studied examination of English, too. I asked ALT teacher to teach me about interviews during lunch time. And as I was a first grade at university, I studied writing, speaking, grammar, listening and reading by using computer and textbooks. These learning ways were differ from before. I learned German, too!!

Now I learn writing, reading, speaking and listening now. These classes are more difficult than first grade. In reading class, we use English newspapers and then we learn how to read headlines. It is new because I did not read English newspapers until now and interesting!! In writing class, we use computer and write essays and book reviews and so on. I can type English sentences early. In speaking class, we do presentation, interview and dictation.

Except these regular classes, I study TOEIC, examination of English and English sightseeing by myself. When there are many words or idioms, I can not understand. I examine then and write until I can memorize. Then when I watch DVDs and movies, I watch them with caption. I think watching them with caption is good way to study English conversation!!

I will continue study English from now on because there are many opportunities that we communicate with foreign people and I want to get a job is related to English. For example hotel or travel. So I need English!! But after graduate from university, I won’t take a class so there are no opportunities to learn English. However I will study English by reading English newspaper, watching internet and DVDs and going to English conversation school.

In these ways, I studied English or will continue study it. In the past, I learned from basic words, grammar and conversation to developed English. And now I learning specialty English. Then I think I want to study English conversation in the future!!

I was annoyed yesterday!! My annoyance started from a class finished. I enjoyed talking with my friends and laughed during the class. After a class finished, we walked together to school gate and we said that good-bye. Then I walked to bus stop but I had a lot of time so I decided to walk to the next bus stop. I had a part-time job so I wanted to go home early. I waited about for twenty minutes but the bus did not come!! A few minutes later, the bus came. I was annoyed. Then I changed a bus and lined a row. There were a lot of people so if I do not line, I can not take a bus!! A bus came and when I took the bus, a woman wedged!! I was angry at her. Then I went to part-time job. I was annoyed all the time. My annoyance continued in my house. When I went home, my mother did her work and was busy so she could not housework. I had a part-time job and wanted to do my homework but my sisters did housework nothing!! I was angry at my sisters!! They did not help me!! They just watched TV or sleep. I did all housework. I am not annoy at these things which happened like today usually but many bad things conspires so I thought I was annoyed today!!

I read “The Princess and the Pea” next.
There was a prince in the old days and he wanted to marry a princess. So he met many princesses but there was no one who the prince admitted that a real princess. One day it was heavy rain. A princess came. The princess sopping but she said to the king and queen that she was a real princess. So the queen decided to test her. The queen made her bed and put a pea under the mattress. Then she put twenty mattresses and down covers on the pea. The princess went to bed and the king, queen and prince asked her that how did she sleep and she answered that she did not sleep because there was a big lump in her bed. Then they smiled and said that she must be a real princess because only a real princess could feel a pea under twenty mattresses!! Then the prince married princess!!

I read “The Three Little Pigs” this time.
I have read this story in Japanese and may be many students have read this, too. This story is famous in Japan!!
There were three little pigs named Pinky, Percy, Poppy and their mother. They lived a little house but they could not live in the house together because they grew too big so the house could not hold them. Then they decided to build their own house. Pinky bought some straw and built his house. Percy bought some sticks and built his house. Poppy bought some bricks and built her house, too!! One day a bad wolf came to Pinky’s house and said to Pinky that let him come in but Pinky did not come him in. So the wolf blew off Pinky’s house then Pinky ran away and took to Percy’s house. The wolf chased him and said same things. But Percy did not enter him!! So the wolf blew off Percy’s house. Then Pinky and Percy ran away and took to Poppy’s house. A wolf chased them again and said same thing to Poppy. But Poppy didn’t. So a wolf blew off her house but her house was strong so he could not blow off. Then the wolf had an idea, climbed roof and slid down the chimney. But he fell into a hot water which Poppy boiled and three pigs lid slammed on the lid!!

I read “The Emperor’s New Clothes” today.Long time ago there was an emperor and he liked clothes. The royal procession was held on two weeks’ time. The emperor introduced his clothes to people every time. But one day there were nothing to wear eventually. He was in trouble so he ordered his servant to find new clothes. The servant looked for new clothes but there were no incredible outfit. When he looked for, two men came to him and they said to him that they were the finest clothes-maker and took them to the emperor. When they met the emperor, they said to him that they make magical clothes which can only be seen by clever people. The emperor thought these clothes were wonderful!! And he asked them to make. As soon as they went out the palace, they started to laugh because they could trick the emperor!! Next day they pretended to make his clothes and forbid them to enter their room. Few days later they finished making clothes. When the emperor, servant and footmen entered, they were surprised because there was nothing. But two men pretended to have the emperor’s clothes because they made clothes which can only be seen by clever people!! They undressed the emperor’s clothes to wear new clothes. When the royal procession started, people were surprised because the emperor naked!! But the emperor intended to wear magical clothes. When a boy shouted that the emperor naked, he was ashamed suddenly. Surely he wore nothing!! But he must continue the royal procession!!

This is a corduroy bear’s story and I will introduce this story easily.
Lisa who is corduroy bear’s owner planted seeds of beans. Then she had to go school so she asked corduroy to watch the garden and she put him on the chair by the window. He had been watching since she gone. He repeated yawn and finally he fall asleep. While he was sleeping, a puppy entered his garden and began to dig. Corduroy woke up and was surprised because a puppy buried his bone. Corduroy went to Lisa’s room and found seeds and then he planted new seeds hastily. After that, he sat on the chair again and one day a puppy came again and a puppy pushed corduroy to the next house. The man of next house picked corduroy up and took him his house. Lisa went home and watched plants. Lisa surprised because she planted beans but instead green peppers grew!! But Lisa likes it!!

I read “The RUNWAY PANCAKE” this time.
I think everyone may have read this story because when I was a little, I had read this story and it is famous story!!
There were seven people and they were family. They were hungry so their mother decided to cook pancakes for them. When she tossed a pancake to turn over it, the pancake runaway suddenly!! The pancake did not want everyone to eat him!! So the family chased it. Then the pancake passed a dog, a rabbit, a duck, a cat, a goat and a fox. All of them thought the pancake must be delicious if they eat the pancake so they chased the pancake to eat. Finally the pancake met a pig. He wanted to eat the pancake, too but he did not say that thing. When the pancake jumped to approach the pig, the pig caught the pancake and he ate the pancake!! All of them who chased the pancake were disappeared and angry at the pig. They wanted to eat the pancake!!

I read “THE BULLY” this time.
There were two main characters in this story. I will introduce them!!
First is Martin. He was a bad kid because he teased his classmates, rude and had a bad temper. So many people were scared him.
Next is Josh. He is Martin’s classmate and he was also scared Martin.
Martin changed Josh’s school. But he bullied his classmates so everyone were scared Martin. Josh was scared, too. One day Martin came to stay with Josh’s house. Josh was surprised. Josh and Martin’s mother was friend so Josh’s mother accepted Martin’s stay. In the morning Martin came. He was a good boy only in front of Josh’s mother. When she disappeared, Martin started to bully Josh. Josh always suffered about Martin. So he consulted with his mother. And she talked him that Martin did not have his father and he repeated transfer so he did not have his friend. Josh decided that he will make friend with Martin. They often played together and Martin stopped bullying Josh. Then Martin made friend with his classmates!!

Mr. Brown runs book store. Everyone call the store Black Cat Book store and this store sells only ghost books!! Mr. Brown has a cat and cat’s name is Cobweb. She eats only cheese and likes to play with mice!! They live above the store and eat cheese every morning. Mr. Brown thought valentine day is coming so he decided to have a sale and made valentine day sale sign. A lot of people saw the sign and came into his book store. His book store crowded with people!! Mr. Brown was very busy. So he made help wanted sign. Next day a woman came. She saw the sign and Mr. Brown decided that he will employ her. Her name is Button. They were compatible!! Then Mr. Brown sold books, Button did decoration because tomorrow is valentine day. Valentine day came. Mr. Brown thought he will invite Button to dinner but he did not have courage so he threw the invitation card. Miss Button thought same thing but she did not have courage and threw the card, too. Cobweb saw them and had a good idea!! She asked mice to cooperate her. They dropped Mr. Brown and Button’s invitation card in front of them. They picked it up each other. They smiled, when they read the card and they spent a valentine day together!!

I read “A Day in London” today. Gran is Kipper, Biff and Chip’s grandmother and they love her very much because she is really fun!! She came to stay!! She gave them and their parents presents. They were very pleased. Next day Gran took Kipper, Biff, Chip, Nadim and Anneena to London. Nadim and Anneena are Kipper’s friends. But their mother worried because Gran is a careless person so mother asked children to look after Gran. They went to London by Gran’s car and then they got on the tube. They went to Trafalgar Square first. There was a statue of Nelson. Moreover there were a lot of pigeons. Nadim was pecked by pigeons because he had some nuts!! And Kipper was dropped pigeon’s dropping!! Next they went to Buckingham Palace. Then Gran took them on a boat. Suddenly the bridge started to open so children were very excited!! They got off the boat and went to wax works. There were a lot of wax models of famous people. They watched wax models of Queen Victoria, her grandchildren and so on!! When children watched old-time street scene of London, Gran watched the Royal family’s wax models by herself. Gran dropped her handbag and then some money rolled. SO she bent to pick up her money. But she struck the wax model and they started to fall down!! What is worse wax model’s neck came off. Children were surprised and they returned model’s neck hastily. But a lady ran to them and was angry at Gran. Then they went home. Children thanked for Gran because they could spend funny day!!

Today was clean day of my town and we could throw bulky refuses. So I threw my old white bicycle. My father bought me the old white bicycle five years ago. I remember that I had my blue bicycle which I had rid from junior high school to first grade of high school stolen so I and my father went to bicycle store to buy new one hastily!! I always used it, when I go play with my friends. But the white bicycle often broke and a year ago I could not pedal because my bicycle’s gear broke!! And my mother bought me new red one on my birth day. So I decided to throw my old bicycle. I am a little sad because I rid this bicycle about for five years and my father bought me. ~Chapter1. The story of Shiverham Hall~
Shiverham hotel is unusual because only dead person can stay this hotel!! Of course employees are ghost!! There are many strange things I can not believe in this hotel. For example twenty-two ice-cold bed rooms. But one day a man came. The man is alive. Then he took out a paper and spread out. His plan that pulls down this hotel and built new hotel was written in this paper. Mr. Quiver, the hotel manager was surprised and gathered his employees. They thought plans to defend their hotel. A man stayed in this hotel that night so Mr. Quiver and his employees started their plans at night. They surprised the man but he did not scare at all!! On the other hand, a man was thinking that he will employ them. When they gave up, a ghost woman spoke to a man. She was an aunt of him!! He was surprised and the ghost woman kissed him. Then he ran away!!
~Chapter2. School for spooks~
Tammy Tremble was a student of a school for spooks. But she could not float frogs, scare other students and walk through walls. So she could not go haunting field trip and had to study. When she walked, a cat tumbled torches. So the school was on fire!! She wanted to call but the door locked!! She had to go through the door. When she opened her eyes, she was in the opposite side of door!! Then she asked a man to lend her his truck but he did not lent. So she scared him and he ran away left his truck!! There were sand in the truck and she lifted the truck into air with her magic power. She flipped it over. Within second the fire was out!!
~Chapter3. The tale of the haunted TV~
Glen Goggle was watching TV but suddenly the screen changed black!! His TV broke so his father called repairman and he took Glen’s TV to repair. Instead of the broke TV, repairman put another TV. Glen thought this TV is very old!! Glen turned in, a strange man appeared. He started to sing. His song was very poor but this made Glen funny. He danced and did magic but these did not succeeded!! But these were interesting for Glen. One day he watched the strange man’s show and when he changed channel, the strange man came through the TV!! And then they went to TV studio to watch show. They watched together but suddenly the strange man went to stage and showed his dance, song and magic!! His show made audience funny so he won first prize. The man gave Glen the prize money to buy a new TV!!

I went to Kumamoto downtown with my mother two days ago. I often go shopping with her. We always Clair, youme town and other shopping mall together but we seldom go downtown together because downtown is far from my house. So we went there for the first time on a long time. First we went to PLAZA to buy my new pocket diary. There were many cute things so I could not select one. Finally I selected PEZ’s diary. It looks cute and easy to write my schedule. As soon as I went home, I wrote down my friends, family’s birth day and my schedule!! We watched many clothes. There were many clothes I wanted. I decided that I will buy many clothes, when I go shopping to downtown next!! Then we went to TSURUYA. My mother wanted to go there and Ishikawa exhibition was held. We bought crab and sashimi lunch pack. She bought Japanese-style confectionery, too. We went home and then went to my grandmother’s house to give her a sashimi lunch pack. We ate together and crab lunch pack was very delicious!! I want to go downtown with her again!!

I played with my friends Mina, Hanae, Kanae, Shouko, Hiromi and Erina this week Thurs day. We have not ever played until today so I was looking forward to play with them!! We went to Karaoke first. They sang very well!! And we were in there for four hours!! But I was very fun. Next we went to dinner. We ate Yakiniku!! I love it very much. We ate a lot of meat and foods. After a while suddenly light went off and clerk carried birth day cake!! I was surprised!! Kanae, Hanae and shouko celebrated our birth day. I was very happy and Kanae made this birth day cake!! It was very delicious!! I thought I am happy because I have friends who celebrate my birth day!! I love my friends!!

~Chapter1. Chilly and the bonfire~
Jack woke up and pulled back his room curtains. Snow covered the ground!! So he went out and made a cute snowman. He named the snowman Chilly. When he was watching Chilly, he noticed his neighbor built a sign about Christmas party so Jack asked him whether he can join the party. Neighbor asked Jack to build a bonfire instead. They built it together but next day the bonfire vanished and neighbor thought Jack did it!! So he banned Jack from come the party. That night Jack heard a noise and went out. He could not believe because Chilly moved!! Chilly carried the bonfire because bonfire may melt Chilly. Then Jack moved the logs to the middle of the field. Next day neighbor was surprised because very big bonfire built!! Neighbor praised Jack and they enjoyed the Christmas party together!!
~Chapter2. Snowy and Icy~
Tomorrow was judging day of the Best snowmen contest. So many children made own snowman. Emma made her snowman and named Snowy. His looks were bad because of his battered felt hat, tiny stones for his eyes and mouth, woolly scarf and broken walking stick. On the other hand Daphne made her snowman, too. Her snowman looks very good!! His name is Icy. Icy was wearing shiny hat and silk scarf. When Daphne watched Snowy, she made a fool of him. At night snowmen came to life. And Snowy started to find his items to looks better. Icy followed Snowy. When Icy followed him, many disasters happened for Icy and his looks bad gradually. They went home and next day Snowy won first prize!!
~Chapter3. Freezy’s new buttons~
Freezy sighed because every snowman had shiny buttons but he did not have such ones. That afternoon two men came and they were finding a place to hide their jewels which they stole. They took three jewels and stuck Freezy’s chest. They ran away. Freezy was happy and prided his buttons. When freezy went home, a paper blew around his feet. Freezy was surprised because there were two men who stuck jewels his chest!!! And he noticed his buttons were stolen jewels!! Then two men came to Freezy but he ran away. Freezy ran to hillside and had a good idea. When they took there jewels, slide happened and they could not move!! Freezy called police. Next day Freezy praised police!!

When they saw the Statue of Liberty, they were pleased because they got their freedom!! The Statue of Liberty was a present from French man to American. A man named Frederic Barthold made the Statue of Liberty and his mother was modal. Many people helped him to made it but they stopped working because they ran short money. Joseph Pulitzer called through newspaper then enough money gathered. They started to make again. Finally they finished and held a party!! American welcomed the statue of Liberty!!

I read “WAKE UP, SUN” today.
One midnight, a flea bit Dog woke up and he said that It must be time to get up. So pig woke up, too and they started to find the sun. Pig thought sun fell in the well so they went there and looked into it but the sun was not there. Cow woke up, too!! He thought the sun is hiding behind the barn and they went there but the sun was not there. Instead of the sun there was a chicken. Dog, pig, cow and chicken yelled to woke up the sun. Their cry was very noisy and farmer and his wife were woken by their cry. Farmer was mistaken that there was a fox in the hen house so he fired his gun!! They stopped yelling and then farmer’s baby started to cry. As soon as the baby crying, the sun rose!! Dog, pig, cow and chicken thought the baby is the only one who can wake up the sun!!

I did not have first class today so I woke up late than usual but I had to copy reading assignment so I had to go school early!! I cooked dinner yesterday. I have not cooked the food so I was worried that I could cook well. My mother often cooked it so she taught me how to cook. Next Monday she went to store first and met a security guard who guarded a very expensive emerald. When the guard left, greedy boys who were about to steal the emerald came and break the glass. Cassy was surprised and then she caught them!! Cassy was praised by her boss!!!

I think many people have their favorite places. I have many favorite places, too. When I am there, I can relax with my family, friends and alone. So I feel very good. I often listen to music, watch TV and sleep in my favorite places.

I like my house the best, because I can relax. When I go home, I feel relief. I often watch TV and DVDs, listen to music, study and talk with my family. My family gather common living room and we talk about many things. For example, the day and so on!! I always enjoy talking with them. I have three favorite places in my house.

First is my room. I always listen to music, study, do computer and read magazine. I really like my room. My favorite song is ORION which is sang by Mika Nakashima. There are many things I need. My room is narrow, but I decorated with many cute things. But my room is simple!! I decorate a favorite picture on the wall. I always relax and enjoy.

Second is my bed. I sometimes read magazine and comics. I am comfortable when I am on the bed so I become sleepy soon. And I am often thinking in there.

Third is a sofa. As soon as I go home, I sit there and watch TV. I do not calm without this sofa when I am living room.

I like my grand mother’s house, too. I often do there when I want to think and feel relief. In August and January my cousins gather my grand mother’s house and we enjoy eating and talking. I like these times.

Bus is one of my favorite places. I take a bus to go to school every day for fifty minutes. When I take bus, I become sleepy because bus always shakes. It is comfortable for me. And I can relax in bus.

I like my mother’s car, too. I often watch scene, when I am riding her car. And sometimes listen to music. I always become sleepy in her car.

Clair is my favorite, too. This is located in my town so I often go there and shopping. There are many cute and cool things. My feeling become happy when I am there!!!

I also like gymnasium. When I do to gym, I want to play volleyball or other sports and remember my junior school days, So I feel homesick.

I like my bathroom, too. I like taking a bath. I take a bath for forth minutes every day. When I take a bath, I do not think anything so I can relax and calm.

I think many people can relax in there favorite places!!! I have ten favorite places I explain before. I always relax in my favorite places!!!

I read “Stories of WITCHS” this time. There are three short stories in this book. I like witch’s story so I elected this book!!
Chapter 1~The lost broomstick~
A witch was invited a party so she found her broomstick to go to the party but she could not find. She lost her broomstick!! She was shock but then she had a good idea. The idea she thought is change a person into horse!! She hid behind a tree and talked to a woman. After a while she turned her into horse and went to the party. Of course after the party she returned the horse to a woman.
Chapter 2~Dog spell~
One day Crumb, his wife and their daughter went to fields to work. Daughter Kate carried a picnic basket and put it in the barn. When father said that time for lunch, she went to the barn. In the barn there was a witch and she ate Kate’s fruits!!! So she was angry at the witch and shouted. Then the witch was angry at Kate and she bewitched Kate. Kate became a dog!! Her father and mother were sad. Father asked Rimpole who gentle wizard to break the spell. He rebuked her and she broke the spell. Kate returned!!
Chapter 3~The farmer’s revenge~
Farmer Jones had a big brown cow. The cow gave him five buckets full of the milk. One day a greedy witch robbed him of the milk. So he was surprised and decoded to revenge the greedy witch!! She came to rob the milk again and she went home. When she arrive her house, she drank the milk but the milk started to bubble and froth!! He mixed soap powder in the milk!!! So the milk was never stolen by the greedy witch!!!

I also read “The Little Red Hen” today.
Heroine is a little red hen and there are three her best friends. They are a glossy black cat, a big noisy duck and a fat brown rat!! One day a little red hen was finding worms to eat but she found many seeds of flour. She decided to plant and asked three best friends to plant with her. But they answered “No” so she did by herself. Seeds grew up tall and she asked them to cut down, take the wheat to the mill and make bread together. But they said “No”. Of course she did by herself. When she asked them to eat bread together, they said “Yes” but she ate all bread by herself!!!
I think a little red hen is poor because nobody helped her!!! But it was good for her to be able to bake delicious bread.

I read “STUART LITTLE ~Stuart Hides Out” this time. I have watched “STUART LITTLE” on TV so many times before but this time I read this story on book for the first time. I think Stuart is very cute and Stuart and Snowbell are friendly!!

One day Stuart and Snowbell’s owners went out. So Stuart proposed Snowbell that play hide-and –seek and then Stuart hid. While Snowbell was counting, he fall asleep. Stuart found hiding place and finally hid into a vase. But this place is not comfortable for him. So he decided to out of the vase!! Snowbell woke up but he forgot finding Stuart and went out. On the other hand, Stuart thought of the way to out of this vase. He slanted it but it started to roll toward the edge of shelf. Then Snowbell went back and saved Stuart. Stuart appreciated Snowbell’s help!!
This book is interesting and there are many different stories about Stuart little in KGU library. So please read these stories once!!!

I read “A Christmas Carol” this week. I have heard this title before but I did not know what Christmas Carol is. So I was interested in this book. This story was interested!!

A man named Scrooge is unsociable and his expression is always cool like ice!! Christmas came but he does not like it and observing Christmas. That night his old bell started to ring suddenly and then Marley’s ghost appeared. Marley is a door knocker on Scrooge’s house. So Scrooge was surprised!!! And Marley left message Scrooge would be hunted by three spirits. He was terrified but fall into bed. When a clock chimed twelve, first spirit came to his bed and took him to his old schoolroom and warehouse where a party was hold. Then he remembered his youth and went to sleep. Second and third spirits took him to many places where is related to Scrooge. He saw a lot of situations. For example, a boy can not live so long because of his illness observe Christmas and many people hunting his house to find expensive things because Scrooge can not stand up because of his illness. When he saw these situations, he felt many things he has never felt. He woke up again and went out to observe Christmas. He communicated with people live in his town.
Three spirits and watching several situations changed scrooge’s feeling!!!!

Next are Mouse, Sam, Jojo and Ben. They looked after Pip. They got in the lift to take him to park but strange occurrence started in the lift suddenly.

Pip pushed a magic button then scene changed and carnival was held in the strange street. Pip stopped crying!!! He is happy. Many floats passed ahead of them. Pip and his friends were very excited. Last float came and the driver rid them on the empty float. Crowds cheered. They were happy. When they got off from the float, they went back to reality. Pip started crying again!!!

My father lives in Vietnam now because of his business. But I do not much know about his job. Probably he has a job which is related to bike. My mother does Japanese dressmaking. I want to be a nursery school teacher at least once. My sister is a nursery school teacher and enjoys working every day. I like to take care of children and play with them. This job can communicate with children every day.
However I do not want to be a nurse. I can not watch other person’s blood or body. I will not stand the responsibility because doctor and nurse keep patient’s life!!! It will pressure for me so I respect nurse and doctor.

I read “The Little Mermaid” today.
I have watched this story on TV one time but I had not watched detailed. So I could know whole this story by reading this book.

There were five main characters in this book.
First is the little mermaid. She is a heroine in this book and has five sisters. She is dreaming of going to land.
Second are her sisters. They went to surface of sea when their birthday came. And they talked with their sisters about what they saw.
Third is the sea king. He allowed sisters to go to surface of sea when they become fifteen.
Forth is the sea witch. The little mermaid asked her to give her human legs. Instead she robbed her of her voice.
Fifth is a prince. He was saved by the little mermaid when he was struck by storm and one day he met little mermaid who got human legs. Moreover he loves her!!!

The little mermaid was allowed going to surface of sea. She went to there and saved a prince. Then she was thinking of him all the time. One day she asked the sea witch to give her human legs. The sea witch gave and she went to land soon. Prince looked her and loves her soon. The little mermaid dreams come true and had good days with him. But one day she left from him because she noticed that prince loved someone else……..

I recommend this book for everyone. Please read this one time!!!

I went to Osaka with my local friends from September 10th to 12th. We went to USJ and Osaka downtown. We watched famous place in Osaka and took many photos. I really had good days with them. And I had a part-time job during summer vacation. I worked four hours a day. It was a little busy but I enjoyed!!!
We interviewed many students in this week speaking class. We interviewed about what did other student do in summer vacation. I interviewed Yuki. She went to marine world, Uminonakamichi and canal city in Fukuoka from August 18th to 19th with her club friend. And I asked “Did you work in summer vacation?” She had a part-time job and worked at convenience store. I have a part-time job and work at convenience store too!! So I asked her the name of convenience store. Then my work place and her work place is same convenience store!! I was surprised. We talked about our part-time job. I heard amazing things from her!!
Then we did find someone who……. There were many people who did various things in their summer vacation. Some people traveled Kusyu!! My friend Manami went overseas. She went to Korea. I envied them!!
I learned many words which we can use when we explain how we spent our vacation. And dictation was a little difficult for me but I was interested!!!

I cut my forelock a few days ago. My friend Mina said “you are cute!!!” when we met in school so I was very glad☆But yesterday my mother said “your forelock is funny!! You had better have your forelock cut.” So I went to beauty salon near my house. Here is my mother’s friend is running and I had my hair cut when I was a junior and high school student. I had my forelock cut. When I looked my forelock after had cut, I thought it was nice!!! And my forelock became better than before I cut my hair. I satisfied. I talked with her the first time in a long time. It was fun!! When I want to cut my forelock, I will have my forelock cut with her from next time.

I read “The Nutcpacker” this time.
There are five main characters in this book.
First is Clara. She is a little girl and loves her godfather very much!! She experienced marvelous night on Christmas night. It started when she watched a present which her godfather gave her.
Second is godfather. He is a Clara’s godfather and something magical happened when he was around. He gave Clara a Christmas present.
Third is Nutcracker. He is a toy which godfather gave Clara. He saved Clara from mice and took Clara to many wonderful places.
Fourth is Ice Queen. She is a queen of ice palace and she gave them many good shows.
Fifth is fairy. She is a fairy of sweets land. She gave them many sweets.

This story started when godfather gave Clara a present and she watched it. It’s a Christmas night. Clara watched a present and slept with a nutcracker toy. When she woke up, she was shrinking!! Then Clara’s present had come to life. He battled with mice to save Clara and he took her ice land and sweets land!!!

After I read this book, I thought I want to experience like Clara. I think why Clara was shrinking and could experienced magical night is because this night is Christmas night!!! May be her godfather bewitched his present!!!

My summer travel☆thirdday!!

Third day we got up at 8:00 but we went to bet again so we got up at 9:00 finally. We prepared and went out our hotel. Then we went to station near our hotel and we took a train. We had to change other train to go to Osaka downtown. But we did not know how to go to there so we asked so we could take a train. When we got to Nannba in Osaka, there were many people. I do not see so many people in Kumamoto so I was surprised!! The scene is like Tokyo!! Then we walked to find “Gurico”. It is very famous sightseeing place!! We walked for a long time but we could not find so we decided to eat lunch. We did not eat breakfast so we were very hungry. We ate Okonomiyaki. It was very delicious!! My recommendation is okonomiyaki which mixed kimuchi. I have not ever eat it so I was like it very much. Then we walked again. After while, we found “Donnkihoute” It was very big, high and there was a ferris wheel around signboard. Moreover this ferris wheel can ride. I wanted to ride but my friends scared!!!
At last we found “Gurico” When we found it, we shouted and were excited!!! It was big and beautiful. I took many pictures. I thought my summer travel is very good!! Next we watched comedian live. I laughed all the time. There were many comedians who I did not know but they were very interesting. I want to watch them in TV someday!! Live was very very very interesting.
We went to airport and bought souvenirs. At 19:55 we left Osaka and land at 21:00. Then my friend sent me.
I had very good days with my local friends. I want to travel with them!!!(>U<)

My summer travel☆second day!!

Second day we got up at 8:00 a.m. We prepared and went to USJ. At 10:00 the gate opened!!! As soon as the gate opened, we run to the “amazing adventures of spider-man
the ride” because this adventure is very popular!! We could ride soon. This adventure was very fantastic!!!! We wore blue glasses and spider-man and enemies reflected in our blue glasses!!! I had not experienced so I was surprised and excited. When we finished, my friends said “ we want to ride again!!” So we rode this again!!!! Then we went to see E.T. There were many E.T and televised E.T’s movie. I wanted to watch E.T. E.T was very cute!!! Next we rode “JAWS”. We had to wait 55minutes!! So long!! At last our turn has come. I was beat because I did not know where is JAWS. And finally, JAWS appeared suddenly so we shouted and crew shot JAWS but JAWS chased us!! Crew shot again and JAWS disappeared. I was very excited!!! I want to ride again. We rode “back to the future the ride” too!! We had to wait 75minutes but we waited. When we wait, I was very sleepy!! We rode a car and our adventure started. We chased other car and our car shaked!!! I scared. Many dinosaurs and cliffs appeared. I shouted all the time so my friend said “you shouted too much!!” I was ashamed. Then we moved “snoopy’s sound stage adventure”. We rode roller coaster. This coaster is cute and I was not scared!! We took many pictures with snoopy and other his friends. After that we bought souvenirs. I bought a lot so my friends were surprised!!! Of course I bought souvenirs to my family, grandmother and friends. We watched parade and went to ear dinner. When we ate, we did not talk because we were very tired. Then we went back our hotel. After we took a bath, we talked a lot!! It was very interesting and laughed !!!

I went to shopping with my mother today. I wanted to go to youme town’s bookstore actually but I remembered that this store is closed because of renovation. I disappointed. So we went to TSUTAYA. I bought magazine. I went to register to pay money and then salesclerk said “your TSUTAYA card save 250 points so do you use these points?” to me. Of course I used these points. So I could buy magazine only 200yen. I was lucky!!! Then I thought if youme town’s bookstore is not closed, I had to pay 450yen so it was very good to came to TSUTAYA. Today was lucky day for me!!!

My summer travel☆First day!!

I took a trip to Osaka with my local friends from September 10th to 12th.
First day I got up early and my friend picked me up. Then we went to airport. We went to Osaka by plain. It took us only 1 hour to arrived at Osaka. As soon as we arrived, we ate Takoyaki. We ordered various kinds of takoyaki. My favorite takoyaki is mayotako. I have not eaten it but it was very delicious!!! I like it!! Other takoyaki were delicious too. I wanted to eat more. Then we took a bus and went to our hotel and Universal Studio Japan!! When we took a bus, we were very excited because there were many big signboards which we can not watch in Kumamoto and we talked about many things. I laughed a lot (>U<). At last we got to USJ. We went to hotel first and we could not enter our hotel and USJ until 15:30 so we entered a souvenir shops. There were many USJ and Osaka goods. I wanted to buy many things!!! Moreover there were many restaurants near our hotel. Then we entered USJ!! I was very excited. First we rode a roller coaster. I could not ride it when I am in Kumamoto but I decided to ride. When I rode it, I could not shout because it was dreadful for me. Roller coaster downed from very high point to very low point. I was very scared. I thought I will not ride a roller coaster from now on. Next we rode Jurassic park. There were many dinosaurs but suddenly tyrannosaurus appeared and vehicle was shake!!! Finally, we downed like a roller coaster. I did not expected that we downed so I was very very scared. Moreover we got wet the whole body.
Third we watched backdraft. We can watch movie scene. It was wonderful. Then we talked until seven. And we watched parade. It was very beautiful and cute!! Big sesame street’s character and many characters twinkled dazzlingly. I took many pictures. After parade finished, we went to hotel and eat dinner.

I played with my local friends yesterday. We have not met for a long time so I was very glad to see them!! We ate parfait first. It was very delicious but we became cold. After that we planned to go to Osaka and went to JTB and decided many things about our travel. When we decided, I was very excited because I have never been to there and I can go there with my friends!!! I want to go soon!!!
And yesterday my friends said to me “Congratulation!!” because today is my birthday!!! My friends celebrated me. I was very happy and I thought I am a happy person. When I went home, my mother and sister gives me some presents!! These were goods which I have been wanted. Bicycle, shoes, pierced earrings!! I was very very very happy!! I said them “Thank you very much!!” And I bought new wallet!! I spend very happy day today!!!

I cleaned my room yesterday and today. I could not clean until today because there were many things which I had to do. My room was dirty. I threw away many things. I wanted to change my room’s look. Summer Vacation

My summer vacation has started a week ago. I have really looked forward to summer vacation!!!
I played with my local friends. We went to our local festival on August 1st. I wanted to watch firework. When I went to festival every year, I really like to watch firework. We ate a shaved ice and French fries. They were very delicious!!! Then we watched some publications. Afterward firework started. It was very beautiful. We watched about for an hour. I was very excited, when I watched. After festival finished, we talked and see our friend. He worked as part-time job in amusement arcade. He worked hard!!! When we walked to go home, our local friends came and we talked. We have not been met since we graduated from junior high school. We talked about for an hour and we went to eat then. It was 2:00 a.m. at midnight when I went home. I really enjoyed. I had good time!!! I want to go local festival next year with them!!!
Next day my sister and I went to my grandmother’s house and went to festival with them. It was a small festival but we enjoyed. I watched firework. It was beautiful. I want to watch firework.

I had speaking class today. But I fell the first speaking test so we practiced for the test. It is hard for me to think why agree or disagree. I do not think up my opinion soon so I always do not say anything. I want to speak more!!! I thought this time test is really difficult for me. But I have no chance if I fell second speaking test so I will do my best. I could speak with many people who speaking A or C class. I do not speak with them usually so this time practice was good thing for me!!!

I watched Lilo & Stitch. I have watched Lilo & Stitch’s many story on TV before. I will write about feelings which I had felt when I watched Lilo & Stitch.I think many important things are described in this story. For example friendship, brotherly love, and so on!!!! Moreover it descrived about Hawaii. When I watched this story, I noticed about the importance of my friends, family. I think this story teach us many important things.

First it described about friendship. Lilo has many friends. They are very nice friends for her. I think Lilo’s best friend is Stitch. Lilo & Stitch often fight!!! But they make up soon. When they make up, they understand why they fought and bad things which Lilo and Stitch did. Moreover they apologized each other obediently. I think it is important to apologize obediently!!!! I can not apologize like them. So I learned this thing from Lilo and Stitch!!!!! Lilo has another friend. Their name is Pricuri and Zyannba. They are very kind!!! Pricuri is a funny man and Zyannba is a kind man. They are good friend too. They are very, very friendly. I have many good friends. So I want to build good friendship with them like Lilo, Stitch, Pricuri and Zyannba. And they always help each other, when they are trouble.

Lilo & Stitch are very friendly. If Lilo or Stitch are in trouble, they help each other!!! I thought there are tie between Lilo and Stitch. They are best friend. When I watched Lilo & Stitch, I thought I want to build good friendship like them.

Second it described about brotherly love. Lilo has a older sister. They often fight but they are very friendly. Lilo loves her older sister. Her older sister loves Lilo too!!! When lilo feels depressed, her older sister cheers up lilo!!! She is kind. I have two sisters. I often fight them too. But I think they are very precious people for me!!! Surely Lilo and her older sister feel same thing. When I watched this story, I thought I have to cherish my sisters. Of course my family and friends!!!

Third it descrived about Hawaii. Lilo danced hula. Hula is hawaii's folk dance. Lilo's friends danced too. When I watched this scene, I felt awesome and want to try to dance hula!!! Because I am interested in Hawaii culture so I have been learned about Hawaii. And some hawaii language descrived. For example, Lilo & Stitch often say "Aloha" or "Ohana" these mean "hello" "Family" in English. I rememberd this word and means.

I want to watch more Lilo & Stitch story.This story really teaches us important things.

My ipod!!!

I went to Mr. Max with my mother to buy ipod!!! When we got to there and saw ipod, I wavered because there were many colors. I want to green, orange or purple. I was thinking for a long time in front of ipod. Then I decided and I bought green ipod. It was cheap yesterday!!!! I was very satisfied. I want to listen to music with my green ipod soon. But I do not know how to operate ipod and download music from computer so I will be taught by my friend. I am not good at use computer so I do not know if I will able to understand (>_<) But I will do try.
Now my family is on a diet!!! So I joined their exercise today. It was very hard and tired but I think their exercise will effective!!! I will continue their exercise from today. Actually my mother became slim!!! I want to become slim like her!!!!

I went shopping with my mother and sister. I have been wanted to go shopping since June!!! But I had not much money. So I stood. But I got my salary recently. I went to Diamond city Clair. Clair is near by my house and there holds summer sale now!!! I bought two accessories and five clothes. But total price were very cheap!!! Price was about 7000 yen. Very, very, very cheap. I was surprised. If I have more money, I will go shopping again. Everyone had better go there. I like Clair very much because there are many my favorite clothes and food shops. Moreover it is near from my house. And I received cute shop bag. I often go this clothes shop but when I went there, shop bag changed!!! I thought it very cute!!! I was happy because I often collect cute shop bag. I will use it someday. I had a very good day.

I read “The shoemaker and the Elves” this time. I chose this book because I was attracted by this book picture. These pictures are very cute!!! And I have read “The shoemaker and the Elves” in Japanese so I wanted to read this in English. This book is written in easy English so I think everyone can read without dictionary. I recommend this book for everyone!!!

There are 4 main characters.
Old shoemaker: he is a shoemaker and has a wife. He was in trouble because he does not earn much money.
Ole shoemaker’s wife: She is a wife. She worries her husband because he works late at night.
Two elves: they came to shoe store at midnight and they made shoes behind the back of shoemakers. They always make shoes very beautifully!!!

Old shoemaker and his wife watched that two elves were making shoes. They thanked them because elves made shoes instead of shoemakers so shoemakers decided to make clothes for two elves. Elves were very pleased!!!

All of four characters were very kind!!! When I read this book, I was impressed by their kindness and I have read “The shoemaker and the Elves” one time but When I read this book again in English, I felt many things. For example kindness, family love!!!
I want to see elves one time!!!

I read “Key Trouble”. I often read this series book but this time I tried to read book which is a little difficult than I have read before. There were many words which difficult and I don’t know so I read with dictionary.

There are many characters.
Kipper: He has a magic key and magic took him a gray world by chance this time. Then he dyed gray color!!!
Gran: she is a Kipper’s grandmother. She is protect Kipper from his parents to parents do not see gray color kipper.
Biff and Chip: they are Kipper’s sibling.

The magic key always appears in this series book. This time too!!! The magic key took Kipper to strange gray world but Kipper wanted to go back home so he banged the magic key!!! Then Kipper dyed gray!!! The magic key was angry at Kipper!!!
Can you think why Kipper’s color came back???

I thought this story is funny and I like Gran. She plays with their grandchildren as if she were a young girl!!! She is energy and cute. And I want the magic key. I want to go many places with the magic key but I do not want to go gray color world like Kipper!!!
I recommend this book for every one.

There are a lot of people, club, building and facility for students in Kumamoto Gakuen University. Everyone belong to own department and subject. Almost student is a member of club. We have different university lifestyle which unlike other students. For example how to come to school, club which students belong to, living, place where students eat lunch, their part-time job, how to spend their free time and their homework and so on!!!

I come to school by bus everyday. I want to come to school by bicycle actually but distance which from my house to school is far so I can’t. I major in English. I study English everyday at school. I like reading class the best. I have many homework a week. It is very hard for me. I belonged to a club before but I quit because I had no time to go to club. I think joining club is good for everyone to make friends!! I eat lunch at classroom with my friend. There are many people at cafeteria or bakery so we can not sit and I eat lunch which my mother cooked everyday. It is delicious. Some of students cook their lunch by themselves. It is wonderful!! When I have free time, I often go to library and read books, study English and sometimes do homework with my friends. I enjoyed my free time. I have a lot of homework every day so I am busy but my friends help me. I thank my friends!!! I take lecture of secretary now. I study to pass the examination. I have part-time job after school. I work four hours a day.

Myfriend majors in economy and seminar. She talked me “seminar is very interesting and teacher is very kind and interesting!!” She comes to school by bicycle. She takes lecture of secretary like me. She does not belong to club but she belonged to before. We belonged to same club!! She eats lunch at cafeteria. She said “cafeteria’s lunch is delicious but there are many people.” She has part-time job. She has many friends!! She enjoys her university life.

My another friend major in English. She comes to school by train, bicycle or on foot. She has part-time job. I heard her hart-time job is very hard!! She eats lunch at classroom with me. She sometimes buys lunch at convenience store. She also takes lecture of secretary. We take together. She does not belong to club but she wants to belong to club.She has many friends too.

In this way every student enjoy their university life in Kumamoto Gakuen University. They belong to club which they like and every week loin club and go to dinner or play with other member. I think every student’s university life is really different. We can study and play in our best way so we can enjoy our school life.

When I went home on Thursday, there was this month’s my salary on my desk. I asked my mother to draw out my salary from the bank. But I was surprised because there were a lot of paper money!!! I thought why there were many paper money? I did not work so many. But when I looked these closely, I understood. My salary was all a thousand paper money!!! So there were about forty thousand paper money!!! I thought I was rich only then!!!! I was happy only then!!!! My mother was surprised too.

My grand mother came to my house on Sunday. She brought sweet bean jelly. I like it very much!!! When I ate it, I was happy and I said that very delicious!!! I like sweet very, very, very much!!! This sweet bean jelly was made by my grand mother’s friend. I want to eat it again!!!

I like this chocolate very much!!! I bought this chocolate about three month ago first. I have not eaten it for a long time so when I ate it, I felt happy. It was very sweet and delicious!!! I recommend this chocolate to everyone!! But this is a little high calorie. But I think this chocolate is worth eating one time!!!

It was rainy today and yesterday. I do not like rainy!! I think almost people hate rainy!!!

Book Review**

I read “Stories of Pirates” this week. There are three different stories in this book. Each story is related to pirates and very interesting stories!! There are both pound scenes and funny scenes in this book. I have not ever read pirate story so I thought pirates is interesting and dangerous work but I want to be a pirate one time!!! When every one read this book, I think they will become want to go sea with ship, travel sea and find treasure!!
I placed three stories. No.1 is “The pesky parrot” No.2 is “The masked Pirate” No.3 is “Captain Spike” I will introduce No.1 story!!!
There are two main characters.
Charlie Crossbones: He is a pirate and went to pirate school!! I was interested in pirate school. I want to go to pirate school and learn how to work of pirate!!! Charlie went to there for 10 years. So he knows every pirate work!! He even knows pirate’s laugh. I want to hear pirate’s laugh!!! It will funny (>U<) He bought a parrot.
This parrot is talkative.So when Charlie stole other pirate’s treasure, parrot said Charlie that stop thief!!!! With loud voice!! So Charlie is always found. Charlie does not much like parrot. I like this parrot because he is so cute!! I want to get this parrot!! Moreover I think they are nice duo remarkably!!! I like their pirate trip. When I read this story, I want to travel with them!!!

I went to “Yamada Denki” and “youme town” with my family yesterday. I want digital camera and i pod now. So we went to see them. There were a lot of digital cameras!! I decided to a digital camera which I am going to buy but I hesitated because new digital camera was sold!! I could not decide which digital camera I will buy. Then I got pamphlets and thought I contemplate at home. Next we went to see I pod. There were many different color ipod!! I want yellow or green ipod!! But if I buy digital camera and ipod, my savings run out!! So I must save money. I will buy ipod this month soon!!
Then we went to “youme town”. We went clothes shop. There were many cute and cheap clothes. Why clothes are cheap now?? Because it’s sale!!!!!!!!!!! I wanted to buy but I did not buy because I had no money so I will buy, when I get my salary next week!!!!!!
Luckily my mother bought accessory which I wanted for me!! I was very happy!!

I really buy ipod, digital camera and clothes soon!!!!!!

when I was a junior high school student, I bought first cell phone. I changed from former cell phone to present cell phone seven month ago. I fix three key rings to my cell phone!! Doraemon, rabit and marimokkori. My cell phone is red and appearance is very simple. Things I like are I can operate my cell phone, when I close my cell phone so I can listen to music, use i-mode and so on!! The best thing is I can take pictures very beautiful. My former cell phone can not take beautiful. On the other hand the worst thing is I can not listen to music with headphone. There is not hole to put headphone in !!

I had a speaking class at five periods yesterday. We listened to C class’s introductions. Our group listened to three people’s introduction. They talked about their family, favorite place, future job and so on!! I thought they speak grandly and loud voice. I have to follow them because I can not speak well in public. My friends helped me!!!

I had free time, when 4 periods. So I asked my friend’s Manami to teach me how to do writing homework with computer because I am not good at operating computer. We went to library and Manami taught me how to do with computer!! When she taught me plain, I could finish my homework and relief because I thought that if I could not do writing homework, I miss my writing credit!!! I am very, very, very thanks to Manami!!! And I could not understand how to put my pictures on my blog so my friend’s Kyoko taught me how to do!! She taught me tenderly and I could put pictures!! I remembered how to put on blog so I will put pictures on my blog every time. I was very happy!!! I am very, very, very thanks to Kyoko too!! They were very kind person!!!

Today was my friend Mina’s birthday. So I gave chocolate which she like the best and birthday card I made by myself to her. When I gave presents, she was pleased so I was happy. I will make birthday card for my other friend!!!

I got up at 7:00 a.m. today. I was very, very, very early riser only today. I went to Aso with my mother. Before we went to there, we took my sister to her school. My mother does Japanese dressmaking so we went to Aso to give my mother’s boss kimono which my mother sewed. I slept all the time. Then we arrived at my mother’s boss house and she went back soon!! When we went back to house, there were a lot of cars!! I was surprised.
We went shopping because my sister’s friend stays with my house today!! So today’s our dinner was gorgeous than usual. I cooked “potato salad”. I thought I could cook well but taste was subtle (>_<)) I really want to be able to cook well like my mother. So I decided that I will cook when I have free time and try to cook many kinds of cooking.

It is very difficult for me to use computer. When I was a schoolchild, I started to use computer. Only then I was good at using computer because I operated only easy things in class, I often used computer and my teacher and father always taught me how to operate. When I was a high school student, I have never used computer so I do not know how to use. And I was very trouble because there are many opportunities which I use computer at University. For example in writing class, do homework with computer and write some reports!! I really want to be able to use computer!!!
