Coming of Age Day!!

I attended a ceremony celebrate Coming of Age Day. It was held in my local at January 10th. I woke up at 4:30 a.m. and went to beauty salon. I was set hair, made up and done dressing. I was tense because I have not met my local friends for a long time. Then I went to my local gymnasium with my friend. There were many my local friends. After the ceremony finished, I took many pictures with my friends. At 19:00 we started alumni association at hotel. I had very very very good time with my local friends. There were many people who I had not met for a long time so I was happy when I talked with them!! Everyone did not change!! They are good friends for me. Then we went out hotel and went to downtown to hold post-party party. In there we did karaoke and everyone warm up!! We finished karaoke at 4:00 a.m. and went home. I was very sleepy but I was very happy because I could meet with my local friends and share good time. I want to meet them again and talk more!! I will never forget today!!

Souvenirs!!


My older sister traveled to Hiroshima prefecture for three days with her coworkers. She visited many famous places in there and had good days. When she went home, she gave me some souvenirs. I was happy and thought she is gentle!! Because we quarreled before she traveled. Moreover, she bought me congratulatory present because I became twenty years old. I was very glad!! And I will treasure these presents!!

Book Review**

I read “CORDUROY’S Hike” today.
There were two main characters.
First was Lisa. She was corduroy’s owner.
Second was Corduroy. He was a doll of bear.
Lisa checked her backpack because she went hike from now and said that you must stay in home, Corduroy. But he got into Lisa’s backpack secretly. When Lisa got on a bus and opened her backpack, there was Corduroy!! She was surprised. She hiked remain corduroy was in her backpack. But when she was hiking, he fell down from backpack. He rolled over and over. Corduroy thought Lisa will back to pick him up. But she did not back. Then two hikers came and they set him on a branch. Next, a Cub Scout troop came. As they found him, they tossed him again and again. Finally he landed a trail. Corduroy tried to stand up but he fell into the stream. He was flushed. On the other hand, Lisa was sad because she could not find her bear!! She got on the bus unwillingly. But her friend Susan gave her a doll of bear. It was Corduroy!! She was very happy!!

Book Review


I read "Beef Stew" this time.
This book was short story but this was interesting!! Please read this book one time.
When Nicky got up, his mother cooked Beef Stew. It was very good smell. His mother made many stew so she suggested to him ask Nicky’s friends for supper. Nicky invited some friends but they refused because of their own reason. So he was very disappointed. On his way to home, a postman gave him a card. When he read it, he was happy and ran hastily to the station. There was his grandmother. They went home together and Nicky invited his grandmother to dinner!!

Book Review**


I read “The Quest”!!
There were five main people in this story.
First is Whilma. She was writing about a quest and made a story of a quest. She entered a story she made by chance and fought with bad man!!
Second is Biff. She is a friend of Whilma. She was writing about a quest, too. But she could not understand meaning of quest and did not think of quest story.
Third is the evil Grimlock. He was a man entered a story Whilma made. He stole a bell which was important in Whilma’s story and he tried to kill her!!
Forth is Unicorn. He helped Whilma and gave her his ring which can grant her wish.
Fifth is the gnome. Whilma helped him and then he started to explore with Whilma.

One day Whilma and Biff were writing about a quest and made a story of it. But Biff could noy understand the meaning g quest so Whilma talked her story of it to Biff.
Long time ago, there was a beautiful land. It was called Ulm. There were many animals, flowers and forests. Everyone was happy in there. In deep underground of a big cave, there was a crystal bell. The bell lighted all things brightly. But one day an evil man named Grimlock came and stole the bell. He carried it to his castle so the land of Ulm became dark and grey.
Whilma finished writing until this and started writing but then the magic key began to glow and the magic took her to the land of Ulm. There was Grimlock behind a tree and he masqueraded as a woman and taught Whilma to the way. When Whilma walked, she fall a swamp. She could not get out of it. Then a unicorn came and saved her!! When she got out of it, Grimlock fired an arrow at her but she ran away with unicorn. They managed to run away from Grimlock and then unicorn gave her a ring which can grant her wish and he left. When Whilma walked again, she found a man who was bind to a tree and named Gnome. She helped him. As soon as she helped him, a dragon came and tried to eat them!! But they knew that dragon hate lemon so they threw it and dragon ran away!! Next basilisk came but they killed it together. Gnome knew where Grimlock’s castle and the place of crystal bell. So they went to the castle and finally found the bell. When they found it, Grimlock found them and shut them. They were at a loss but Whilma thought it was time she made her wish. Whilma’s wish started to work. The bell began to ring suddenly. Grimlock was surprised and could not stand the sound of the bell. So he asked them to stop ringing!! Instead of his request, he returned the crystal bell to land of Ulm!! When they took it to Ulm, beauty came back to the land!!

Book Review**


I read “The Outing” today.
A bus came and children got in the bus. They were going to the zoo in that day. In the bus children shouted so Mrs. May noticed them!! The bus stopped on the way. Children got off the bus and rest. Whilf approached waterside and kicked a stone. Then the stone and his shoe come off!! He could not got his shoe so Mrs. May scolded him. When they got to the zoo, it began to rain. It did not stop so they went to the museum. Children were interested in the dinosaurs. Biff had her camera so she took a photo of the dinosaur. Then they went to a room and watched some dinosaur’s picture and went to shop. Nadim bought a model to make. Children got in the bus again and went back to their home. Nadim, Whilf, Bill and Chip went to Nadim’s house and made the model he bought. Then the magic key began to glow. So they went to a magic adventure of the dinosaur!!
Please read this book one time!!
